This Privacy Policy explains how PGCWI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Racket League mobile application (the "App"). We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By creating an account and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable privacy laws in the regions where our users live, including the United States.
We only collect information that is needed to run the App. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.

You can change or revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device settings.
We do not use your personal information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
The App is a social tool, so some information is shared with other users by design:

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the App. They process data only on our behalf:

We are based in Canada, and our users include people in the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in these locations, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected wherever it is processed.
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal profile information and associated personal data. Certain content may be retained in anonymized or de-identified form (for example, historical match scores within a group are kept without identifying you) so that group records remain consistent. We may also retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the App. This removes your profile and associated personal data as described above. If you have trouble deleting your account, contact us at reno@pgcwi.com and we will process your request.
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information, including:
Canadian users: Under PIPEDA you may request access to your personal information and ask us to correct it. US users (including residents of states with privacy laws such as California): you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls at the database level. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
